Bourbon Glazed Carrots

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut carrots into 1/4” diagonal slices.
  2. Blanch carrots for 4–5 minutes. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in brown sugar and bourbon, cooking 1–2 minutes to thicken.
  4. Add carrots to skillet, toss to coat, and cook 3–5 minutes.
  5. Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Garnish with herbs.
