Rigatoni Bake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Boil rigatoni until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  4. Brown sausage in olive oil; add paprika when cooked.
  5. Add marinara to sausage.
  6. In a 9×13-inch pan, combine half the sauce with pasta, then spread half the ricotta mixture and mozzarella over the top.
  7. Layer remaining pasta and sauce, then top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
