Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Toppings: fruit, nuts, nut butter, granola, raisins
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener in a jar.
- Top with desired toppings, but don’t stir in until ready to eat.
