Pecan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 tbsp fry seasoning (equal parts paprika, garlic powder, onion powder)
- 1 oz pecans
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Honey mustard sauce (for layering and drizzling)
Instructions
- Finely chop pecans.
- Melt butter, stir in panko, fry seasoning, drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry. Season with fry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on an oiled baking sheet. Add a thin layer of honey mustard sauce and mound with pecan mixture.
- Roast on middle rack for 15–20 minutes at 450°F.
- Drizzle with additional honey mustard sauce before serving.
