Pecan Crusted Chicken

  1. Finely chop pecans.
  2. Melt butter, stir in panko, fry seasoning, drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken dry. Season with fry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken on an oiled baking sheet. Add a thin layer of honey mustard sauce and mound with pecan mixture.
  5. Roast on middle rack for 15–20 minutes at 450°F.
  6. Drizzle with additional honey mustard sauce before serving.
